What the hell ? they have a few bad months and suddenly they are dying ? They've been outselling the xbox all year long despite being way more expensive ! Sure bad economy etc etc. The yen will adjust and sony will drop price (at some point) the ps3 will go way up in sales etc. Sony won't drop the freaking brand.. i mean comon ! you can't possibly be serious.

IF your gonna troll go somewhere else. The japanese government will lower the yen if this continues. ie it won't be strong anymore.

But seriously, Ps3 has performed to expectations this year. almost everyone expect 20mil and it looks like it will just be shy of that. It has done the same as last year at the same price. It's doing fine

Due to Sony absolutely crushing competition last two gens, fanboys try to obliterate PS3 with all their forces as an attempt to keep it away and not get another chance of winning.

The problem Staude is that the longer one console sells poorly while the competition sells well or fantastically is that it starts to dry up the pool of potential PS3 owners. Mr.Stickball made a better post about it than I ever could (or maybe it was sqrl), but isn't just a case of the PS3 eventually meeting the conditions to sell fantastically.

 And that ^ alone was reason enough for me to buy my PS3 back in January this year. All the rest was bonus.
