Has anyone willingly clicked on one at VGChartz?

Has anyone willingly clicked on one at any website?

Where does it take you?

Have you ever clicked on an ad banner under the belief you would actually win something?

what'd i win?

I never see them (go adblock)

but when I do, I never click. I don't know anybody who does. I need stupider friends, because now I'm curious.

Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!

I click on them everyday, thanks to them I'm a millionaire and have won endless cars and electronics.

While I was visiting my family, using their computer without Adblock, I got one from VGChartz that said my computer was infected. Those really piss me off, the popups that try to convince you to buy their software to get rid of infections that aren't present.

Yeah, that's a problem Google adds has.  The computer is infected ones.

I don't know if your OS dictates what adds you get, but I use Safari and I sure don't get that one. I do get the pictures of semi naked girls a lot. That's a popular one around here.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

I dont get adds cuz of pop up bloker, but I used to in my old computer. I clicked on them and it always says leave your cell phone number.

I actually got severely trojanned (Vundo, and Outerware) some day without noticing it. After a long period of time trying to remove it, I got a new scanner advertised to remove those threats.

So it scanned, found them, gave a description of each infection. One of them was "Scans computer for Viruses fake and real and charges the user to remove".

So, I click remove. Get the message "This is the free version. Only the full version can remove Spyware. Please click here to buy!". I was unhappy as I manually edited the register and removed what I could.

See Ya George.
