Kevin Smith's worst movie ever. Even worse than Jersey Girl. Anybody else see this movie??
That's a bit surprising to hear with such a great cast attached. Tell me, what do you think about the Apatow and Co. movies themselves and the actors/actresses involved in them?

I honestly didn't know what was Apatow was so I looked them up. They are Anchorman, The 40 Year-Old Virgin, Talladega Nights, Knocked Up, Superbad, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Step Brothers, and Pineapple Express. I'm sure you know this but I'll post so everyone doesn't have to look it up.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Knocked Up, and Pineapple Express were at best OK.
Step Brothers was a joke, an unfunny joke.
As for actors/actresses I like them all. Seth Rogan is in my opinion on a steep decline. I liked him alot at first, but after Pineapple express (what a horrible ending) and Zack and Miri... could care less about him now.
While I don't totally agree with how you ranked the flicks, Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall in particular, at least you aren't totally against that brand of comedy. I was looking to see how our tastes in comedy differ before acknowledging or throwing your opinion out. I'm still going to see the movie when it hits DVD, but i'll be more cautious going into it now instead of a giddy little school girl off her ridalin.

Well to defend my opinion on knocked up.... I hated that both stars were completely stereotyped to the extreme. It seemed so forced where it wasn't even funny; at least to me.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall... not my cup of tea. Or to be more realistic... Hefewiezen.

Personally, I wasn't too hot on Knocked Up. But apparently everyone else loved it. I just really didn't like Seth Rogen's character. Not to mention I just really don't like Seth Rogen that much. But I have warmed up to him some.
I still need to see Zack and Miri.

I heard it was hilarious. But I also thought Step Brothers was too most of the movie.

I hear Sara Marshall was pretty good. I gotta check that out. Zack & Miri (Zack and Wiki ripoff?) combine comedy and porno! How could they have messed this up?!?
I heard it was pretty funny. I almost saw it with my brother and sister but I was dead set on seeing Quantum instead. I will see it when it hits DVD though.
Sarah Marshall jumped to the top of the list of Apatow for me when I saw it. The greatest character of all time, Aldous Snow was created in that movie. He even has his own movie coming out next year. I'm a giddy school girl for that one.
I haven't seen zach and miri (Kevin Smith fan) but I do agree with Kabhold Seth Rogan is heading towards a decline. I understand that it's his style but how many movies can you go through with his style. I mean take a look at Will Ferrell I am getting really sick of him in the particular movies he has been in lately.
