I think the Dragonball Z world would be quite fun to live through, having them powers, being able to fly, dying and coming back to life every 5 mins, the planet earth blowing up, it would be pretty interesting lol.

well, the real question here is whether you're a main character or not. Sure DBZ would be awesome if you got to be one of the Z fighters or something, but it would really suck ass if you were just minding your own business only to have your planet ripped in half or to be randomly drained of your bodily fluids by some organic-machine-bastard's pointy tail or eaten by pink sumo bubblegum.
Same thing for the harem animes. might be cool if you were the guy every girl was after, but no one ever actually gets any play in those, and a side character doesn't even get into those erotic-yet-wacky situations that make it so much fun.
then of course there's stuff like Darkwing duck and Talespin, mighty max and the like, but those still have the issues where the average people are just average people, except they get attacked by monsters and pirates and supervillians and crap.
Now if you got to end up as a "main" character in whichever cartoon you're talking about, I'd probably go with Ranma 1/2, kick-ass silly martial arts and a little love comedy make for a great mix, but if that wasn't the case, I'd actually go for Pokemon. With Pokemon, EVERYBODY has the damn things, so even being a minor character in that anime would come with some decent benefits.

Brendan Small in Home movies. To be 8 years old again would be sweet enough. but to have a video camera and friends that want to spend all their time making movies with you?
