At one time in this gaming industry Square Enix were on good terms with Sony. However, on one horrible day at E3 2008, they announced that one of playstation best exclusive series was going on the 360. The 360, who happens to be the Ps3's #1 rivals. It was like a shot heard around the world to Sony. Now I am hearing Square-Enix is pushing 360 to sell more than the ps3 in japan. Japan! which happens to be the place where they are keeping Final Fantasy XIII exclusive. What the hell is going on? I mean I might be overreacting, but Final Fantasy series is probably the best RPG exclusives Sony has to offer. I don't know but after hearing Square Enix talk about pushing 360 in japan, I have lost a lot of respect for Japan.

And they did the same thing to Nintendo many years ago. Its a business decision. They are a business. They don't make these decisions out of malice.

Meh, it's the cost of multi-plat development :P SE is already getting brandished with lame-o status on some of it's recent releases. Infinite Undiscovery, Last Remnant, lets hope Star Ocean 2 doesn't fall into the pit of suck as well :/ It seems like they've spread they're attention to thin, and I think it's starting to show.

Hopefully White Knight delivers on all fronts, and we could have another contender for the Japanese RPG Developer BAMF-con award.

They stuck with Nintendo for two generations, then they went to Sony for two generations. So I guess they figure it's time to ride the Microsoft train for the next two. Nintendo's next turn will probably be circa 2018. That's the only way I can explain S-E snubbing the Wii.
