Getting a new TV soon and just wondering what you would reccomend for me and if you have a good TV that you would reccomend.

Minimun requirements:

HD (Resolution deosnt matter

Digital with freeview built in

At least 22 inches

Cheaper than £1000 (About $1500, 1,200 euroes or 150,000 yen)

You most likely can get a 37'' 1080P... dunno about a certain brand. That shall be enough.

i got a Samsung Series 6(deep red) 1080p 100hz 40" LCD HDTV

got it for £800 new

Its around £650 new now excellent display for gaming and has built in freeview etc highly recommend it

Has all the ports 4HDMI, components, vga, composites, 2 scarts, sound is pretty good. the black level can be set to low or normal depending on the situation. on low setting it almost matches true black you get from Plasma tvs great for movies DVD/Blu-ray etc minimul backlight bleed.

Best buy is selling a 52 inch 1080P samsung for under $1,500. Do they have best buy in the UK? If you don't care about resolution only that it be HD then you could find a 720P TV for dirt cheap I mean like $300 cheap.

I would get a TV that supports 120Hz to use Nvidia Stereoscopic 3d and play all your PC games in 3D!

Well you could save £790 and buy a LG 22" Widescreen TV with Digital Tuner from amazon , i'm looking to buy something like that too.
