They gave it a........................3 out of 5

They felt the game was a great concept that suffered from poor execution.  They said that the game was a disappointment like IU.  However, they hope that Final Fantasy XIII and Star Ocean The Last Hope will bring S-E back to greatness.

I love turn-based RPG's, so I am going to give this one a try regardless.

meh i'm already playing it and already formed my opinion so i dont need to read :P

the last remnant could be so great... but the framerate kills ecerything :( ..
.. *meh*, will play it anyway to its end.. but something like a patch would be nice.. a patch to help the performance.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

"Great concept, poor execution" that should be SE slogan.

Why does a framerate matter in a JRPG?

The framerate kills everything???

If that's the only problem, it looks like the PC version will be very enjoyable...

I was hyped for the game but the more gameplay I saw the shitier it looked. I already convinced myself not to buy it.

If the reviews are true then, my statement is this:

SNES had Chronno Trigger, PS1 had Xenogears, PS2 had Kingdom Hearts, and this gen Square still doesn't have a new IP that impresses...
