Actutally i just looked on the beta boards. Yes the game is updating to 1.0 at the moment, but that's all im going to say i don't want to break NDA.

I'm going to say, it comes out when it comes out, and that I'm not counting on seeing this happen tomorrow.

It would be great timing just prior to Black Friday, although it won't mean anything to anyone who doesn't already own a PS3 unless Sony completely breaks character and properly markets Home as a reason why a general consumer would want to buy a $400 media center/console.

Of course if it's just an open (or a larger) beta, I'd just as soon wait until the finished product is released.

Great timing if the rumor's true considering my 60GB died earlier this week. That would be pretty funny considering I was pretty excited about using it a year ago before all the delays.

Id say managing the load on network, and load on ps3 resources for such a project it was fairly ambitious to start with. clean up things like load speed connection time, work out things like the content sharing movie sharing, all kinds of other things. 

im betting if they do not get more revenue out of Qore, you may see home bundled in with that to make it a revenue stream.

also am i the only one who is bummed out to see the playstation underground gone. I remember how cool it was to get the game demos back in the ps1 days opened my eyes to all kinds of games... i dont think i ever would have gotten into racing games if it was not for demos on underground
