After the success of RE4 and UC i don't think it is unreasonable to ask for a proper RE-game for Wii. Personally i would never play RE5 on PS3 and 360 because of the highly inferior controller. Control over graphics always.

But the online-thing, why should any RE-game have online. Resident Evil has always been a single-player experience and should remain a single-player experience. Why must every game have multiplayer?

Rubang, you think the SNES had a monopoly?....As far as I know, the Genesis gave it a run for its money.

Please elaborate. You mean like the Wii getting its own full RE game? Or do you mean another UC-esque game?

I think the SNES had a monopoly on quality games, ooooooh snap!

Naw, I was down with Sonic 2, Sonic Spinball, Kid Chameleon, and a few other games, and I hear the Genesis had a better version of Shadowrun.  But with Mode 7 rotation effects (Super Mario Kart, Yoshi's Island, Castlevania IV) and that magical soundchip (Donkey Kong Country, Final Fantasy 6) and the FX Chip (Star Fox), the SNES stole my heart and had about 90% of the best games of the generation in my opinion.

The Genesis only gave the SNES a run for its money in America.  It got smoked by the SNES worldwide, even though it came out 2 years earlier, making it really embarrassing (kinda like the 360 losing its 1 year head start).

Maybe trestres likes to be the sole bearer of the bad news towards the Wii in all the "Nintendo--mination" hooplah. Most other people would get crucified for it.

Wii loves it's zombies for some reason. 

We'll see how people feel about Dead Rising Wii.

 Either RE5 based on the RE4:Wii-engine(with some effort) or something like Code Veronica(i.e spin-off) based on the RE4:Wii-engine. NO DAMN REMAKES

I think the Wii can never have enough remakes. It's a revolution in game controls. Every shooter ever should be remade on the Wii. I'd be down for some online classic shooters like Quake and Time Splitters and stuff.

What the Wii needs most though is a 2 player co-op game where somebody's driving with Wii's awesome steering controls, and somebody else is shooting out of the car with Wii's awesome point-and-shoot controls. It could be called Wii Drive By.

you really think that's a possibility? RE5 won't appear on a nintendo console until next generation.
