The biggest and the best rpg Final Fantasy's developer Sqare Enix are making an mmorpg for the PS3.They will then port it to PC cause they don't know if mmo's will be popular on a console and want to be on the safe side.They haven't announced the release date yet but they say it will be after Final Fantasy 13 during 2009 holiday season or early 2010

I highly doubt they would be developing an MMORPG on PS3 rather than PC. Their favored engine actually makes games on PC, and port it to PS34 and 360. Final Fantasy 13, for example, is being made for PC, then ported to consoles.

Final fantasy 13 isn't being made for PC ,it is being developed on the PC cause you can't develop games on sole you can only developed for them.

Sqaure enix prefers and likes to make exclusives for Sony's playsation.For FF 13,they went multi-platform cause their game wouldn't have sold well.They are still making FF 13 Versus exclusive for the PS3.

The reason they are making this mmorpg for PC is that there is a mass market for PC for this genre of game and cosoles are just beginning with with mmorpgs
