wha?! I don't cheat..and about the stealing..most of the SNES games ets..I either have them myself or play them on my PC and would consider buying some on VC..but it doesn't allow me to buy any WiiWare or VC games..why?

my region isn't allowed to buy anything from the Wii shop Channel..

my concern is not the pirating..but region free..they block the freeloader..and now homebrew..LOL

What? I downloaded the update and the homebrew channel still works. I could play all my games from other regions, and watch dvds as well.

I hope Nintendo gives us the option to choose the background.

I don't know if that is for everybody though so I would wait a little before updating. Also last time didn't they just block the Twilight Hack, and not homebrew as a whole?

Are you lying? Im not updating no matter what anyones says Id just like to know. All the homebrew sites are reporting it fucks up HBC its even stops Twilight Hack from working.

@Valkryia00 I updated yesterday as soon as I saw this thread. The homebrew channel still works for me along with all of other region games. How exactly does it screw it up? Does it delete the homebrew channel, or keep you from installing new channels? Cause the homebrew channel is still there and I can access it anytime I want. I'll wait a little though if I were you guys because I could be an exception. Also they blocked the twilight hack last time and a new one was made in like a month that worked. So even if this update did block everything I'm sure it will be bypassed in a little amount of time. Like I said earlier wait until its certain that it doesn't do anything or if it does, there is something to bypass it.

It does all of that. It should remove HBC or stop all homebrew from working. Theyve also reported that it stops the latest twilight hack from working. They'll eventually crack this too you'll just have to wait like you said.

Ive already decided not to update I'll always wait for the homebrew community to say when its safe.
