LOL! Who said Microsoft wanted Sony to die!? LMAO!!! They want them to squirm until next gen when they launch the 720 with a larger installed base. Thats when the true damage will occur. This gen is a living sacrifice to stop Sony from bypassing them and having at Nintendo who they've bowed out from competing against.

Had Sony not been so complacent this generation with the PS3 the 360 would not be on the market any more. Had the PS3 released with GT5, GOW 3 and FFXIII that would have been it, won against 360 before the "battle" even begun.
Price tag was high but I find it has to believe that the PS3 would still not sell great with such games released. Of course the key word here is "had".....

Sony should prepare themselves to battle it out with MS, cause the way this gen is playing out, MS isnt going to target Nintendos market share any time soon. Instead, they are gonna focus on eating further into Sony's marketshare, since both their products are targeted at exactly the same demographic.This might take a gen or two, but im pretty sure thats what they want to do. And its Sony's fault to have given them such an obvious opening this generation

I agree, they did this to stay ahead of the PS3 All I know is, Microsoft wants SONY out of the gaming industry, that has since been there goal since the original XBOX, and im sure they will offer 2-3billion dollars of losses for that to happen. Not so much out of the business completely, but they do want to severely weaken them, and stop them threatening the Windows OS Buisness is buisness, and guess what, cheating is the perfect way to win. Cheating? how is this cheating? |
