I personally don't; I prefer reading, studying, playing musical instruments, listening to music, surfing the web, doing stuff with friends, biking, and working to earn more money.

What about you? It seems like alot of people at my school live off TV, which surprised me. I watch the simpsons on DVD and sometimes watch movies, but cable is expensive and the adds are in my opionion way too long and far to stupid to be even remotly entertaining.

I watch quite a bit of TV, mostly hockey.

I tend to watch it when I'm doing something else simultaneously, but not really watch it. I just like it being turned on.

I am plenty wealthy. If I liked sports I could definatly see the point of having cable, but I really don't like sports. I sort of like watching hockey and baseball, and I enjoy playing croquet/ badminton, but on the whole I am not a sports fan.

My bro likes to play online games while watching youtube movies. Thats sorta similar. I have found I work better when I don't multitask. The only time it seems to help is when I am studying iwth classical music playing, becuase for some reason classical music helps me concentrate, but its only that one gnere of music.

At one point I had 5 televisions in my bedroom, and none of them were even hooked up to cable or anything. I had cable splitters so I could watch movies and play video games on multiple screens at once, so people could see the screens from the 2 couches in my room.

Now I only have one giant TV that is just for games and flicks.

I have an antenna so I can watch football, but I wouldn't have gotten one for myself otherwise.

I do like watching Chuck, House, Bones, and Numbers.

Rarely. Most of the shows I like are of the weekly variety. I just download them.

Sometimes I'll get stuck watching Comedy Central/The Food Network/The Discovery Channel.
