TOS1 ~1m in sales, more than required for "player's choice", and one of the three Tales games that worth playing (+Phantasia, Vesperia), imo.
Well here's an example of a battle loading if you want to see the "pause" before it goes into battle. Just watch from the start as there is a battle right a few seconds into the video.

Don't let the score fool you, it's a great game, and if you're Wii is collecting dust I highly recommend it.

After reading half the thread, I am disappointed in how people blindly follow reviews.
Take this: Tales of Destiny, one of my favourite RPGs, got a fricken' 4.5 on Gamespot. But that is not going to make me like it any less. And I'm sure many people on here that have played it would agree that it's a great game.

i HATE the f***ing reviewer and everyone who's not buying the game because of this review!!
i'll buy the game 100%, and if it deserves a higher score, i'll spam their website and sent them a hell of annoying e-mails and OTHER material....
i'm very sorry IGN, but every Wii game review says like: come on, it's a Wii game, it can't get a high score....
Just to make sure everyone gets this:
From the IGN voice chat it was clear that the guy who reviewed it doesn't like RPGs at all. He got to review the game on the last minute because everyone else is busy. He DIDN'T play Symhonia 1. In all honesty he shouldn't have reviewed the game. It would be the same if I would review an FPS, I just don't get it.
I would seriously don't take this review seriously, because it's crap. Based on these kinds of reviews all FPSs would have under 7 scores.
Matt C said in the voice chat that the graphics were MUCH better than the GC game.
