Seriously, all the crap that Bush got for not being able to speak. This is laughable, the guy cannot speak without saying uh 2-3 time a sentence. This video is a 12 minute speech where he said uh over 3 minutes of the time.

Well, I'm going to have the same stance with this that I had when people gave Bush a hard time for his speeches.
Ability to speak publicly (or lack thereof) does not affect a person's ability to make important decisions. Thus, I will not give Obama a hard time over it.

thetonestarr - I agree with you, and you are a rare breed. I just think it is funny how people fall all over themselves over Obama and how they just trashed Bush for how he spoke. Clearly this guy cannot speak without the use of the word uh multiple times. It is just such a double standard.

They played the same "uh" like 5 time each. Besides, Obama is far far more eloquent than Bush or many other people.
You're simply nitpicking.
A) Find me someone who doesn't say "uh" or another similar pause while answering questions in a press conference...
B) His practiced speeches are fine.
I think it's stupid how you think everybody's falling over themselves for Obama...nobody's saying he's the best speaker in the world...he's a more effective speaker than McCain was for sure...so I don't understand the point of this thread.
