Now,was that really necesary? Really,was it? After all those 3`rd parties the ps3 lost,you are well aware that MGS4 will be on the 360 next year,right? The 1 year exclusive contract will expire and the sales of the game will double. Deny it,get mad,say it isn`t so,but i will buy it when it comes for the 360,so stop talking about things you don`t know.

I would say with the increase in 360-only exclusivity (it's happening, MS knows about the "it'll turn up on PC anyway" excuse), it may be worth buying it (if you're worried about that sort of thing).

Personally, I'd wait it out, because whilst 360 will get exclusive titles, it's not like there won't be 360/PC exclusives anymore, so you're sister would only be missing out on some titles.

But if you must buy now, I'm going to say no, we don't know enough about what's going solely to the 360 next year to warrant a purchase if the exclusive games it has now wasn't enough for you to make a decision

Wishful thinking won't, but potential profits will.  I'm guessing you would've said the same thing about the first iterations of those two franchises?

-and sure, we haven't seen Halo 3 on the PC yet, but that doesn't mean that it won't ever come to it.

For the record though, I don't have much interest in any of those games, so go ahead and label me as a 'wishful thinker' all you want.  I'm just saying this based on what we've seen in the past.

What is the capacity of bd, 50gb? It would take 5 dvd:s without compressing anything. I bet it MGS would fit on 2 dvd:s and you would not notice any difference.

Is there a point? no, the most that will happen is that you will have to wait a little while for some of the best games (Gears, Mass Effect), but they will come.

Well, in the past week I have beaten and enjoyed the hell out of Fable 2 and Gears 2. Maybe next year sometime PC gamers can enjoy them as well. Off to Horde mode in a bit for more Locusts slaughtering.
