Well last time I checked EB/Gamestops website it was scheduled for release 2/27 which is today for us in the States. So I don't know. I haven't heard of any delay.

So maybe Amazon has already sold all its stocks of SSX ?? lol

It's funny, so far there seem to be two types of reviews for this game. The "The controls are so stupid that I have no idea what the hell I'm doing" review, and the "The controls take a few minutes to get used to, but once you do you won't want to go back" review.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Heeey, Kwaaaaaad. Game Informer gave it 8.5 exactly. Someone gave it 8.5 so you have to admit you were wrong. Overall it's getting very mixed reviews! Take a look. http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/934381.asp I guess it's that type of game, you either like it or you hate it.

Overall I never liked the series. I got into TH but never this game. I only played Tricky though.

Screwy as hell, once place praises the graphics, the next bashes it? I don't get it.

Nobody is crazy enough to accuse me of being sane.

I think one of the problems the Wii titles will have is that these radically new controls are going to take people out of their comfort zone quite a bit, and that means people may love a new game or hate it depending how much they like the new motion control. Tony Hawk Downhill Jam got a lot of slack for it's controls while I personally felt they were perfect. Red Steel had a similiar problem. Now the same with SSX some people love it and say there is no turning back, and some are saying it stinks. Based on prior titles I think I'll love it, but I think considering the divide Wii developers need to start creating more then one control scheme, start supporting the classic controller if wiimote doesn't do it for people(Kind of like in a chinese resturant, the customer can't get the hang of the chop sticks, they can always ask for a fork and knife.) Or even customized sensitivity for the Wii mote escpecially in FPS titles. I think they need this. There can be a simple tutorial in the beginning where you adjust things to your taste and wallah!!! no more people complaining about the controls. Of course I wouldn't apply this to a game where motion was important like Warioware, Wiisports, etc...but more so to shooters, racers and fighters(Dragon Ball suported Wiimote, Classic, and even the GC controller, that was great)

It does have other control schemes. I read it in one of the poor reviews, but they still gave it a low score even though they liked the other control scheme better.

It really doesn't look that hard...

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
