Forums - Website Topics - Americas software delayed slightly

Rather late for a professional site.

To my knowledge, this is the only source of weekly American software numbers anywhere in the world.

So which site are you contrasting it with in order to justify the implication in your post that the current schedule is unprofessional?

@lordcrom, this still seems like a sight in transition, and late numbers are not all that unusual people have just been getting more picky about it in the last 6 months i guess they really need conformation as to who will be third in this race to justify the console they own.... or something

Always love it when people sign up to post things like this!

Especially good given that officially this is more of a fan-site than professional, and the huge companies like NPD are often hours, and occasionally days late giving their public data.

GfK don't even have a timescale for data release as far as I know, Chart-Track and Famitsu seem quite reliable though.... Not sure about Media Create as I seem to look at their numbers at different times each week, but that might just be that it's not posted here right when it releases.

I'm late, but Happy Birthday!

And although I'm more a Ferrari fan (but I really prefer MotoGP to F1, although my favourite combination bike/pilot to see doesn't exist anymore, it was Loris Capirossi on Ducati, even more than Valentino Rossi, alas Ducati preferred to taylor the bike for Stoner...) congratulations to McLaren and Hamilton! And this year Hamilton's and Massa's ups and downs made the championship quite more interesting than usual during the last, well, 14? years...
