PS3 owner yes those numbers are roughly what has been shipped to retailers through June..

Just not what has been sold to gamers through June.

respect to ps3 owner.......u summed it up bud! The ps3 is coming up...that was done with little first party games and exclusives...this fall and 2008 will be like a rebirth for ps3. I have a list of 12 titles I want.....most exclusive to ps3.

As everybody else has said, Sony "sold" 4.3 million PS3's, while consumer's actually BOUGHT ~3.8 mln. I don't understand how this is complicated.

Though I do understand your reaction to the amount of anti-Sony sentiment that is sometimes rampant around here. It is, in actuality only a few outspoken individuals and I have never seen any of the mods be unreasonable, sometimes yelling at stupid fanboys of all 3 systems, though pretty equally ;)
