I really like Sega again. Especially since they funded and published Bayonetta and Madworld...and now The Conduit. Good job Sega. You have endeared yourself to me, and earned my respect.

SEGA IS BACK!

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

Now if only they'd resurrect Toejam and Earl... :(

"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks

yyeah i cant wait sega is making some awsome games for wii. how cum thier not talking about Conduit,House of Dead: Overkill or Madworld on G4tech tv i mean these are the some of the best games cuming out next year

Sega is amazing, i am very exited that there are supporting the Conduit and releasing some other big titles on the Wii. I Hope they continue to strongly support that console (Shenmue III anyone?)

So, pretty much confirmed that Wii has little to no hardcore games.. (hey, sega said so!)

This is good news though, at least one company is committed to bringing core titles out on the Wii.

This game excites me. I love the fact that it is NOT a WWII shooter and that it is very rooted in Perfect Dark and Halo themes.

Sega, as a company, have really tried to win gamers over across the board. I am happy they are trying so hard. Them, Nintendo, and Capcom should form a new Trinity.

Now to only survive until this game comes out.

You know, my brother and I were just talking about this two days ago. Nobody wants to talk about Nintendo in a positive way for some reason. I assume there is some money behind the whole thing. Eventually, there will be no choice but to bring the game up.

Yeah, i really like the way Sega is lookin' at the Wii market and the Wii players: they show some respect, and deserve some as well... and Sega has to feel good with Nintendo: i guess the Mario & Sonic games have made more profits than most of their games in recent years...

Now, if they really want to make me happy: a sequel to "Skies of Arcadia", sometimes in 2009-2010... they have to release at least one RPG on Wii, so why not that one? :)

And if they do other deals for mature Wii titles, i won't complain either... i'm still not sure i'll buy Madworld (i really like the artistic style, but i hate pointless ultra-violence), but The Conduit and House of the Dead are sure shots, except if they get poor reviews (under 75 on Metacritic by example)... but i don't think it will happen, i'm sure all these games will do just fine...

Now, if the most important 3rd parties could follow Sega's example...

and an ugly drawing in 1080p will stay ugly forever..."

Sega is back, but lets also give our thanks to High Voltage Games. they ARE making the Conduit.
tho Madworld.... I can't wait for that either.
2009 is going to be great. I haven't been this excited about a year for a while
