There is so much wrong with this post I know not where to begin.

Firstly There is no precise way to take 1st day sales for LBP now that it all has been blown to bloody hell by the short delay. Some stores refused to recall them so if you went there you could still get it on it's initial date. If you are like me who reserved it at GStop then you could get your copy since monday. Yet if you are also like me and your store has still yet to get them do to shipment technicalities then you have yet to purchase it but damn well plan on it.

The thing about first week sales is.....a week has to pass by from the release date in which all people can purchase it. that would be Monday. Some stores still have not gotten theirs yet tho because stores like Gamestop have to send their first batch back first before they can get the new batch. We still have a ways to go before we can fully judge first WEEK sales on LBP. For a game that is only available here and there right now that number sounds good.

As you can probably tell I am fairly bitter about me not being able to pick up my game day one(AND I WORK FOR THE DAMN STORE). The shame of having to watch everyone on my friends list play the game in unison overwhelms me. Yet I plan on picking up my copy tomorrow (Wed) on my way to classes.

^My local walmart says they haven't even heard what the release date is yet, computers show Nov. 11th.

I wish they would have just combined this weeks sales with next weeks numbers when the game has actually released, so it wouldn't have to be explained 150,000 times to people who clearly don't know how to read.

my bestbuy had 60 copies before... and we were under strict order to NOT sell them. They were called back and the new date is Oct 29.
