Are you sersious even the low prediction is 3 million sold at christmas it will be well over 24.5 million

It is at 21.59 right now.  It sold 3,193,101 in Nov and Dec last year.  It is looking at doing better than that so it is looking like 360 will have around 25 mil by years end.

Correct is sold 3.1 million last year at a much higher price point and with much less software, it should sell (as the WII and PS3 should also) sell more than last year.

 Actually, I see it far more likely that the X360 will end at somwhere around 26.5M, but I'm the highest predicter though. Still, 26M + seems likely to be the 360 total.

my prediction was too low as well. But hey, i even bought one myself. I planned to buy one after a price cut. And I did.
in the netherlands the price cut was huge (almost 1/3) that was something I didnt expect.
But we'll see for the holiday season. i guess it will stop at 24 mln for this year.

I wouldn't like to predict how many will be sold over the Christmas period but even though there has been a price cut i still think it will be less than last year. Could easily be proven wrong on that though

I'm still sticking by my 23m estimate, LBP will cause the 360s sales to increase dramatically, so that it only sells half as much as last year, and the PS3 will overtake it by Feburary at the launch of Killzone 2.....

Anyway, the price cut really helped, I just thought they would hold off until next year

 LBP will make the xbox sales increase? And the PS3 will pass the Xbox by febuaray? are you high or something?
