It's because I either post "lock this thread" or I flame the crap out of Sony for coasting and dropping 3rd party support making most of these rumors impossible pipe dreams. I'd rather avoid the arguments, because pipe dream threads aren't helping anyone. However, either way, I'm gonna steer clear of this one from now on, so I won't be the flaming/trolling guy, from here on out, I hope, at least in this thread.

Well if R* announces it being exclusive to PS3, maybe MS will try to offer them money to make it multiplat. That could be their real plan lol. Gain easy money hahaha.

You think GTAV will be on a current gen platform?

Also, GTAIV was a pretty darn good game already, no? I don't see how much better it could have been. I think it was limited by time, and the exchange rate for adding even more content, compared to potential profits.

Please, just let off, your points are off the hook. If the xbox were actually holding them back in making a better game, they would have done a better version for the PS3 and a watered down version for the xbox360. What would they care?

And your point about not enough storage space on a dvd....for pete's sake, just make the game on two dvds and compress. Two dvds are still cost less than one blu ray disc if i remember correctly.

 

Technically correct, but you're forgetting MS's huge multi-disk licensing fees.

Also, surely it's cheaper to develop for one console than two?

GTA5 could go exlusive to 360 too...

I thought that's going to be the case (would be nice to see the attackers proven wrong yet again), would love to see Rockstar push GTA V as far as they possibly can. GTA IV was good, but it's clear significant sacrifices have been made to be on the 360 and DVD (360 having been the lead platform).

God Of War 3 graphics are the same as they were in the trailor
