Top 3-

Super Mario 64

GoldenEye 007

Ocarina of Time

In no particular order, these three games defined the console and revolutionized gaming more so than any other games on the system. These are the three best and three most important games that game out on that system.

Banjo, Perfect Dark, and Majora's Mask tried to improve these concepts, improving in some areas and failing in others. However, these games were not revolutionary.

Likewise games like Mario Kart 64 and Star Fox 64 although a lot of fun were merely improved versions of their Super Nintendo predecessors.

4- Super Smash Bros

A great original game. It had great sales, and established a top new franchise. However, being released later in the consoles life, like all games released in 1999 or later hurt its lasting impact.

5- Turok Dinosaur Hunter

It's sad why this game made the list. On a system dominated by Nintendo and Rare this game was clearly the greatest 3rd party offering. The graphics, the weapons, and the annoying jumps made this game a classic.
