I'm going to say Sony because I like Nintendo and Microsoft enough to buy their consoles.

They're all evil, but to different degrees.
Microsoft is incredibly evil, Sony is moderately evil and Nintendo is just a little evil.
Sega was the good one, and payed the ultimate price for that... nowadays they're evil as hell, though, for what they do to their once great franchises.

How was Sega the good one? They tried every dirty trick in the book against Nintendo and vice versa. Those two were worse to each other then MS and Sony are. I'm pretty sure that Nintendo learned from this and said let's stay out of everyone's way and do our own thing. Oh, and don't talk crap about Sonic. His new games will be great!!!

Microsoft. They've convinced the whole world that computers don't quite work, and made PCs incredibly annoying to use on a day-by-day basis. Sony is always busy trying to build little monopolies, but at least it's generally on the basis of technical superiority (at least Blu-Ray is a better product than HD-DVD for instance). Microsoft are constantly leveraging their operating system monopoly to force their way into new markets with inferior products.
M$ currently owe the EU $1.4billion...have they paid that yet?
Although evil is thrown around too often nowadays, like hero. I'd say out of the 3 M$ is the biggest bar-steward.
