Why do muslim care about quoting from koran? why? answer me please-

They are Gods words and therefore must be respected, I mean why is it so hard not to respect others?

Does the game become more fun if they put stuff like that in it?

For your information I am my own god and my words must be respected. I find your quoting extremly offensive. See what i did there?

So who wants to bet some of the first levels to show up once it's released are going to be penis cannons blowing up Qur'an spaceships?

the funny thing is most people will do funny stuff with the game and don’t care if stupid religious things are being said. The difference between us (the muslims) and most of you (the rest of the world) can talk shit all you want while we can't because we must respect all religions!

Excuse me....I find that very offensive that you are saying it only your muslim religion that says you must respect all religions.

Basiacally all religions say that. So does mine.

_____-

That is all...other wise I have no words for this.....I am not a muslim so I can't judge what these quotes make them feel or how they see it within their religion....so I will just wait longer for the game :)

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

ok everyone ,,
i'm not gonna comment on this until i fully understand what the songs are about
concerning quoting from Koran , everyone can quote the words as they are and there's no problem if they are not changed,

they are your gods word, not mine. I should be able to use whatever words i want. I mean is it necessary to force your religion on others?

Well if you wake the bare in the cave in the middle of the winter they will be vary angry! The same thing can be said about us leave us in pees and no harm will be done! But the idiots don’t understand they want to see the bare in cave and o they must touch it! So they suffer the consequences

LBP doesn't have a chance if it is released on Gears of War II week...

You should respect others.

Yes you should! But in an appropriate scale.

Vegetarians that do not like me to eat meat will still have to cope with this terrible situation of me eating a burger.
Homosexuals will have to live with the fact that gay is a word for bad in modern youth language.
Jews have to live with the fact that Comics from Muslim countries depict them as Satan's spawn.

And Muslims should damn well live with the fact that people use words from the Kuran in a non-derogatory manner in art, music and other places.

This is not done because of respect but because they are scared like hell of some crazy guy blow himself up at SCEE. And honestly that's a stupid thing to do because the crazy idiot will simply look for the next possibility. So the more attention you give him the worse it becomes.

@ people who think that not agreeing with the Qu'ran or the Sharia is immediately "being disrespectful".

I was brought up, told that nothing should be taken for granted and that things should be questioned.

I question things that are in the Bible, things that are being said by the government, things that are in the Qu'ran.

However, whenever I disagree with people about the reasoning behind something religious (whether it's Muslims or Christians), they immediately wave the "disrespect"-card around because I question and keep questioning their beliefs and want to know more than merely what is said in the holy book.

I consider that offensive as well, since that is not showing respect for my inquisitive nature, my free spirit, my scientific nature, my freedom of speech.

Yet, *I* am the disrespectful one, while the religious people are *respectful*

And about that "we have to be respectful of other religions": I'd rather show respect by my own choosing, than because someone / something told me so...

Name of the song if I am not mistaken is "Tapha Niang" by Toumani Diabate's Symmetrical Orchestra.

From what I read the composer of this song is Muslim himself so I doubt he allowed his song to be put in this game to disrespect his fellow people.

Can't seem to find the lyrics to this song though.
