A member of the official Playstation forums has posted up that Tesco has e-mailed him to state that his order for LittlebigPlanet has been delayed as the availability of the game has changed. They have reportedly put the estimated dispatch date at Friday November 14th 2008. Other posters note that Zavvi has been sending out similar emails and other retailers have adjusted the date to November 14th.

i pre ordered it on wednesday , but just got this email.

We are sorry to inform you that your order has been delayed because the availability of one of the items has changed.

Estimated dispatch date: Friday 14 November 2008

Opinions? If this is true then I will go with the latter. Many people have been talking about how the game is being sold already, so how would there be a delay?

This is strange because Tesco is in the UK is it not?

Bugrimmar picked up the game this week and he lives in the UK so how is there a delay?

Is it possible LBP pre-orders are all full?

I hope they are full, heh. And I don't think Bugrimmar is from the UK.

Bugrimmar is from the Filipines, in Asia, I think.

Either way, the important fact here is that we have not heard this until now, this person ordered the game yesterday. People on other sites have said they recieved no such e-mail yet, whether it be from Play, Game, Tesco (earlier pre-orders), etc...

I guess we will find out when the sales data arrives.

in italy the game has been delayed. I don't know the reason even if a voice says HUGE BUG

i think it's just pre-orders are filled. sony can't be back to their old tricks again.
