Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Thank you, Nintendo...

I must agree. I'm a long time fan, and I love them even when I should be hating them.

It sounds more like a farewell to me, but I can't deny that Nintendo has helped bring joy to my childhood

I still don't know why, but Nintendo has never wowed me, except with Advance Wars. I haven't played any other game from them that I consider a masterpiece, and some of them I didn't even like them (Super Mario 64 or Super Smash Bros). I guess they don't make the type of games I like

You may as well just not like video games at all.

I got a game for you,

Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Old Brawl code..ask for my new one..

Nintendo is a corporation. Many of the people that made the company, and the games we love are no longer part of the company. I'm hazard a guess that NONE of the guys that were there 100+ years ago still has input in the company. I appreciate their mentality and code of honor, but c'mon. I'd sooner praise the developers that made the magic than the company that bears the name.

It's like thanking "current Atari" for the accomplishments of "old Atari" it's just a name.

With that said, I will say this: "Thank you Miyamoto. I am not gay, but I will gladly suck your balls!"

This thread is funny because trolls are saying that we should all watch out for the evil fanboys/trolls.

Word.

My Games of 2011:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Super Mario 3D Land

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

Nintendo is great and all. But to make a love letter to them or any company is something i would personally not do.

Nintendo's a cool guy, making mario and the like,

but i don't love guys, no matter how super awesome they appear to be.

I do like Nintendo. and that's where our relationship ends.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is the best Zelda title ever made.

Everytime I feel that the videogames industry is dissapointing me, Nintendo always managed to keep my faith.

Just when I think that no game would ever amaze me, Nintendo releases one that blowns me away.

If it wasn't for the Wii, I wouldn't even cared to buy a console this generation.

If Nintendo dissapears, that will be the time I leave videogames.

Seriously.
