Can you smell it? God I love the smell of fear in the morning it smells like victory. Now it no longer matters if the game comes to the 360. Just the rumor has shaken their faith, and soon shall shatter their fragile psyches. The fear of being played the fool actually seems to reinforce the determination. lol all this threads open to defend the exclusivity of MGS4 but when its come to 360 all the sony fans will say that they dont care about the game.
There is a better chance of George W. Bush remaining President of USA in 2009 then MGS 4 coming to XBox 360 in 2009.

I remember that when it was a GC exclusive! A little too late though, early on it might have done the trick and helped the GC more. In the end the GC version was a lot smoother than the PS2.
On the subject of games, artists(in this case Kojima) generally make the art and business(in this case Konami) tell him where it's going.
From an art standpoint Kojimas obligation is to make a good game, in his opinion, with coherent story and good art direction/ From a business standpoint Konami has to make the game turn a profit, with the heavy budgets these days, you'll find that will often mean ports and multiplatform games.
I'm not saying MGS4 will be one, I'm just saying I won't be shocked if it becomes one. Look at Virtua Fighter 5, appeared about 8 months later on the PS3. Timed exclusivity, even in long periods, is not unheard of this go around.

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.
