Its just a rumor that has been since MGS3, It wont come it just won't :P no matter how many threads people post about it coming or not coming. Future titles possibly will, MGS4 Won't.

MGS4 Was on One blu-ray DUAL layer disc. That means they basically used like 40-50 GB. Either they somehow downscale it to Xbox making it like 7 GB And .... ALOT .. diffrent removing some stuff even like the PS jokes...

Or they release it with like 8x6 = 48GB. 6 CDS XD.

Anyway it won't happen i dont think so atleast. Time will tell.

You got that right time will tell, when people realize the PS3 has MGS4 already. Why wait on a port of MGS4 on the 360? That game would be a couple of months or a year old before Konami and Kojima actually decide whether to port it to the Xbox 360 or not.

they revived the rumour because there aint shit coming out for the 360 after 2008, so they have to rely on egtting all the ps exclusives and having no exclusives of their own. xbox 360 has NO good first party games. actually it has hardly any first party games at all!

You know what is humorous about these threads. They are a chain reaction of idiotic proportions. Sony loyalists abandon existing threads to have their point heard by creating a new thread about the subject. Which antagonizes more Sony loyalists into arguing the battle on multiple fronts. Which in turn exhausts their patience so they create a new thread so everyone reads their point of view.

All of which are oblivious to the fact that the perceived enemy really does not care, and is not putting any effort behind the assault. They do not need to create a hundred threads they just have to go into every new one created by a Sony loyalist, and rattle off a couple one line replies. Usually all you need to say is Konami of Kojima can change their minds. Since the belief is a faith not a fact its easily deflected.

Simply put the Sony loyalists are driving themselves into a frenzy about this rumor, and driving the discussion squarely in that direction. Why should the moderators lock the threads this is the subject the Sony community in these forums want to discuss. After all they are the ones creating the threads it isn't outside influence its an internal momentum. Perhaps the community is giving itself an enema. Perhaps Sony loyalists need to feel persecuted.

Bottom line if you don't start shit there will not be shit. Better yet if you keep tossing fuel into the fire it will never burn out. Chiming in on the subject is counter productive. All you do is bump the threads, and get more infuriated. I feel conflicted on one hand I love to see zealots tear themselves apart with their blind fervor. On the other hand I feel pity for any animal that has gotten snared in a trap. When you think in circles you are already dangerously close to being trapped to begin with.

I will re-iterate what I said in the last thread: The creator of Resident Evil 4 said he would have his head cut off before releasing the game on PS2.

Sure enough...the PS2 version outsold the Cube version.
