What an America-centric way of looking at the figures! It's American (and Japanese) figures which stand out the most from the world "norm", due to high levels of loyalty for the "home" console. And frankly, MS are lucky that their home country buys 40% of the world's consoles, or they'd be really drowning. But you see America as the norm, and if twenty other countries do things differently, they're all peculiar.
