One big game, enough for you to buy whole console?

I have bought few consoles for one game.Of course after I have played that game, I bought some new ones.

Gameboy Colour: Pokemon (I was kid what can I say)

Gba Sp: Zelda Minish Cap

Sure, Mgs 4 and Final Fantasy XIII was one of big reason for me to get Ps3,but Ps3 itself was big enough.

360 = not one game but many. I want the console with most AA and AAA releases.

Wii = Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess and Mario Kart Wii.

PS3 = Not sure. Probably God Of War 3, But only if the console is around £170. Anything more and it's not worth. Already seen most of MGS4 and GT5 no longer intersts me as I have Forza.

Wii for monster hunter 3.....should be on a HD console i have been playing monster hunter since day one release...and no fricken graphical update....its bs. Sure people with wii are like yay cause they never played the thing before but god dang....i want an update. Every single Resident Evil updates and yet monster hunter you've been using the same engine since for 5 years now.

I agree. 40 million have bought the Wii for Wii Sports. That is amazing pull power.

Huh? The Wii isn't even at 40 million. Besides, you can't decide that just because it comes with the console, it's the reason people buy it. I think Wii Sports is okay, but it certainly isn't the reason I bought it.

@Simulacrum: There's no need to excuse yourself for Pokemon

XBOX 360 = Price point combined with a selection of good but not stellar games.

Wii = Kingdom hearts probably the only game which would make me want one.

PS3 = Justifies itself.
