That's not great journalism there.
I found an interesting analogy from posters on Kotaku:

God, comments like this really kill any good will I had left for this awful company after a pretty stand-up E3 conference; just shows how thoroughly Sony needs a big fat kick to the nutsack. PS3 is a great machine, but it feels dirty giving money to asshats like this, and I was just starting to like him as a person from his video interviews. Why can't they just talk good about their own product and not belittle others.
Wii: An everlasting Gobstopper, the ideal ones from the movie. It lasts forever, and if you keep eating it, the flavor constantly changes. NEVER too old for them, grow up Jack.
XBOX 360: Blowfish; amazingly succulent, but occasionally you get some asshat that doesn't know how to cut it right and you end up dead.
Playstation 3: Like Surf n' Turf, but only if you consider that you order the 30 dollar dish, and then they charge you 599 US dollars for the butter for the lobster because they splurged on Blu Ray brand butter, and then they don't deliver your meal until Winter 09 and then the cook comes out and lies to you all the time and makes an ass of himself because he can't think of anything good to say about his own cooking at the moment. Oh, and then right after you pay for it, but before you get it, they have a "price drop" that you find out is another huge lie and that they've added an extra (can't think of what you'd add to surf and turf to equate to 20GB extra storage) and an extra game for the same price you paid not even a year ago.
PS3 rulez, Sony SUCKS.

While Jack may look like an ass directly insulting his competition the interviewer is even more at fault.

I must have missed that. sorry
I found the picture on google by searching for 'dumbass' and then added the caption. I've gotten good use out of it.

360 is like buying oysters, you never know if they'll be spoiled or not. But at least the restaurant guarantees they'll give you a new dish if that one's not good.
PS3 is kind of the "surprise me" choice in the menu. You never know what's included in the dish you'll get, or the price that it will be at by the time you finish your meal.

Someone tell me how Nintendo is expanding the adult market. This is something that I strongly disagree with. I think it's Sony that is expanding the adult market. This is something I'm very intrested in. What Nintendo is doing is expanding the market by targeting kids. Keep in mind that I don't consider Nintendo kiddy, so you don't flame over it. Now notice how each generation the market get bigger and bigger. This was even before Nintendo turned into Nontendo. Think of all the new gamers out there. many of them are kidds who rely on their parent to buy them consoles. The Wii is the console that has the games that are kid friendly, plus it has the price as well. the Wii is doing great with kids.
It's also not only the Wii and PS3/PS2, but the PSP/DS too. Because of great efforts by Nintendo and Sony, the handheld market grown alot! The DS will likely be the best selling system of all time, and the PSP is doing really good. Sony managed to get adults and teens to play handhelds, Nintendo was able also tap into a new female market with games like nintendogs. Sony did a really good job with PSP. Instead of trying to take away from Nintendo, they went for a new type of handheld gamer. Nintendo was able to keep their fanbase and attract new gamers.
We're looking at maybe 130m DS's sold and maybe 50m PSP's sold?! That is huge!!!!!!!
