I think we need to wait a few week to see the lasting effects of the 360 price cut.

Unlike last year, I do expect the XBox 360 to easily outsell the PS2 this Nov/Dec.

well, Wii will be top for sure, i don't know after that, but it's true that it's the right time for the Xbox360 to attack the Ps3, now that the price is lower, best games are coming and has increased in Japan and Europe, maybe it will over Ps3 at holidays!!

(can't believe i talk positive about Xbox360..... LoL!!)

I say PS3 takes second place 360 takes third. We will see though.

Christmas quarter sales (October through December)

Its very possible as nobody is stupid enough to call Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 to be light weights. They alone can carry the load,but with the amazing third party games also comming, its a shoe in. The Xbox 360 matched the PS3 in sales last christmas with only a $50 difference between the two consoles but the Xbox didnt give a blue ray player away either. The Xbox is also doing much better internationally this year than last.

Does't make much difference including PS3 there either.... especially so for Christmas sales as Japan is of even less relevance than usual.
