As you can see they are all multiplatform except for Naruoto: Rise of a Ninja, Splinter Cell Conviction and the Dark Messiah PC port that are 360 exclusive.

Totally unfair! You can't combine the 360, PS3 and PC into some single, anti-Wii entity. Nice trick, Ck, but unfair. What this suggests is that 360 is doing okay, with PS3 riding its coat tails. No one is saying that the Wii is going to see a great deal more support than all the other platforms combined

Wow he answered...good work you proved me wrong. (see I can admit that I am wrong, can you?)

Destroy all humans should be on Wii too. (not the same title but anyway)

Not the same title means a separate game.

The announcements normally reserved for E3 already happened in the preceeding weeks.

Namco announced Soul Calibur Legends, Space Station Tycoon

Sega announced Mario & Sonic, Nights,

Tecmo announced the enhanced Rygar port

Capcom announced Zack & Wiki, RE: UC

Ubisoft announced Rayman 2, My Word Coach, Red Steel 2

EA announced Boogie, My Sims

D3 Publisher announced Dragon Blade: Wrath of Fire

Midway announced Crusin

Majesco announced Blast Works: Build, Fuse and Destroy

Atlus announced Trauma Center 2

Konami announced Dewey's Adventure

Those announcements came from late April (when E3 leaks used to happen) to about last Friday.  That is nearly 20 fairly meaty (none are purely mini games except for Rayman and Boogie..) games.  Not a tital wave, but more than just a ripple.

Saying no shift has occured is inaccurate in my opinion, even if you think most of the Wii games will end up crap.

There's also Destroy All Humans: Big Willy Unleashed, De Blob, blocks, Medal of Honour, Ghost Squad and some others. The Wii has seen quite a few game announcements recently.

As for ckmlb's list. Yes, those are quite a few games. But I do find it quite interesting that the Wii is getting a lot of exclusive game announcements while the PS3/360 games are mostly multiplat.

But dealing with the original topic of the major games. I'm really expecting that we'll see major game focus come from Japanese developers first.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

You combined every other platform in this generation into a single, anti-Wii entity, then compared the Wii exclusives to it. How about we look at exclusives?

None of those games are PC only, meaning they are 360 and PS3 3rd party games announced.

If you are so pissed off that I included 360 also as proof that most 3rd party support is going to the other two consoles and not the Wii, then take out the 360 only games which there are 3 of only in that list.

The fact is almost every game being announced for 360 is also coming to PS3. Eitherway both consoles easily have better 3rd party support than the Wii which again is dominated by budget titles with some exceptions.

The fact is most games coming on the 360 and PS3 are not also coming to Wii with the exception of Sports games mostly. I didn't combine anything. Take each platform on its own and ignore PC (even though I didn't put any PC only games there) and compare those to the Wii 3rd party announcements. I also tried to stay away from budget titles, downloadable games and such.

The reason for this is that games on the 360 and PS3 are pushing the high graphics, Wii games are mostly focusing on adding motion controls and 3rd party games are for the vast majority casual games.
