It's a part of their member page. They paid a company to put together a flash anim FOR the advertisement, looking like a Youtube page for obvious reasons.

 

However, I don't think it was done by Nintendo. Looks more like Gamestop maybe made it.

Perhaps the blatant "Available now at Gamestop" splash at the end? Nintendo very, very rarely advertises with a favored retailer.
