Sound Shapes may look like an easy platinum, but it does require a decent amount of skill, since the Death Mode stages can be pretty challenging. The campaign levels are easy and it feels weird that your first trophy in the game is a gold, but the Death Mode levels might cause some people to break a controller. Death Mode is basically a section from the campaign levels where you have to collect a certain amount of notes (they appear at random) in a certain time limit; if you die, you start over. While there's some luck involved with the notes placement, you still need a lot of skill.

The other mode (Beat School) involves you listening to music and placing notes down in the right spots, but there's already a guide out there that shows you where to place them.

Overall, I think it will either be a 2 star plat or a 3 star one (probably 2 stars).

That level was particularly annoying, but I don't think it's the hardest one. The one in the next video has eluded me so far, plus there's a few others that are particularly annoying, but luck does come into play a bit since you could get the dots appearing right next to each other a lot, or you could have them spawn on completely opposite sides of the field.

I forwarded to the end to see him finally win... and I like how the guy never wins. He just goes, "my thumbs hurt #%^@ this"

I'm thinking about picking this up for Vita.
