I just went through wikipedia and found some information about the release of the game being....

First off I knew this game was being planned for release in 2009 early, they were gunning for next month but put it off for Q1 2009, I'm just a little perplexed by wikipedia... they are saying that US and JP share a release date for Monster Hunter Tri... no mention of EU sorry. (Probably 2012)

Can anyone confirm this, honestly I want to believe the US will see this game at the same time as Japan but I've lived long enough to know about things that are too good to be true.

I haven't found a single source outside of wiki that is pegging a US release to any period of time, just that it's coming. Japan is supposed to see this in Q1 2009 though.

It's a pity this may be the last exclusive the Wii will ever get from Capcom given their cop-out "we put R games on all consoles" solution to an ever changing market. God willing Monster Hunter 4 will be a Nintendo exclusive too, it seems the two were made for eachother.

I'm assuming either no one knows or care or in he odd chance that it's actually true.
Either way I wonder if people on forums like this will create the same sub communities in Monster Hunter Tri as they did for Brawl and MK.

I think that's what you said with Capcom before.

You were like "[X really good Wii developer. Let's just say Marvelous.] will put Capcom's games to shame. Look how poorly Capcom is supporting the Wii! Dead Rising looks like crap and the HD consoles are getting RE5/SF IV! **** you Capcom!"

Now look what happened. MH3 screens showed and now you're on the Capcom bandwagon.

Just because SE haven't released/annouucne a good Wii game yet doesn't mean they won't ever release one.

My little Soriku is growing up and sniffing out hypocrisy like a real forumgoer. I'm so proud.

No I'm not on the Capcom bandwagon, Soriku, in fact I'm boycotting them. Claude you need to go out, breath some fresh air!! The hatred inside you is quite strong. A friendly advice, I don't wanna see your red numbers go any lower :)

I do go outside. It's exactly why I'm not furiously typing away about boycotting Capcom. My self respect won't allow me to do something like that.

I wouldn't trust any information regarding the release date of this game, especially it coming from wikipedia. It's probably best we wait until after TGS.
