E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

People are forgetting that the hardware inside the Wii remote is not made by Nintendo but by another company that also has patents for the technology. Hillcrest is just going after Nintendo because they have the bigger pockets. The law does allow this. The ITC is not a serious issue. Hillcrest more than likely contacted them in order to scare Nintendo possibly hoping for a settlement. But I doubt they will get this. The technology in the Wii is so different from what Hillcrest would/was going to do that I do not see this lawsuit being successful.
