For crying out loud just give Hillcrest Labs MONEY that will make them shut up!

Assuming that this patent holds, money might not be enough. I guess they could sell the patent to a certain company who would never allow nintendo to sell wiimotes again. Who knows. :)

don´t you just wish that to be true. The word pathetic comes to mind.

Why not? It would be too sweet to see the rage of certain fanboys.

Like every patent claim case before it, this will probably cost Nintendo Money, but not cause any issues. Regardless of what organisation is involved, Nintendo and the Wii are way to big to let any major problem occur.

Unless your products are turning into speed and being fed to children your prodcuts will remain safely in the market... haha

Nintendo = Innovation = Wii

I see your point and agree that it would be woth seeing but we both know that it is not why you wish for it.

This lawsuit has no chance. Miyamoto originally conceived the idea for motion controls on November 5, 1995 when he slipped and bumped his head while standing on his toilet to hang a clock:

"That was the day I invented motion controls. I remember it vividly. I was standing on the edge of my toilet hanging a clock, the porcelain was wet, so I slipped, fell, hit my head on the sink, and when I came to... I had a vision! A revelation! A picture in my head! A picture of this... this is what makes motion control possible... The Wiimote." - Shigeru Miyamoto

Don't be so sure. Hill crest labs might get some legal help from certain companies. :o

You honsetly think Hillcrest labs canget more legal help then nintendo?

yes. i would guarentee that they can get far more legal help than nintendo actually.

Miyamoto. they always say its the mad ones

Not what I meant, your enormous hate for the Wii is what I am talking about.

Even if they lose, Nintendo will appeal this case until they're ready to put out their next console.

You better not make any movement or they'll sue your ass off.

Anyone can help me write up a patent? I have this great idea where I could inhale through my nose or mouth and exhale through my nose, mouth, and sometime my ass. It has great health benefits and hypothetically keeps me alive.

I already own that patent.

*serves you with an injunction*

Please stop breathing, you're violating my patents. :P

I don't hate the wii. I don't like what it offers but I do hate most of the fanboys. I know it might look like I hate the wii but it is not like that. :)
