hhmmmm.....you know......Maxwell, underneath all of your sarcasm you might actually have something there. I completely forgot about the grudge Sega still holds against Sony for being partially the reason they got ran into the ground. Yet I still feel MS has more against Sony then Sega. Sega is also not known for these kinds of tactics, at least none that I know.  MS on the other hand is.

To be honest, I don't think getting people to sue Sony is in any part of Microsoft's strategy to best Sony this generation.

Maybe in the next generation, though.

@joshin69, hes suing for a particular years relase of madden if i read the articals on it right, one in which sony dominated sales, somewhere around 02-04

If only I could sue MS for all the impact of blue screen of death over the long years of Windows use...

But still, why Sony with EA. Wouldn't obtaining the the rights to players likeness fall on EA's shoulders and theirs alone? I think this is where the MS conspiracy thing comes from. A lot of the lawsuits seem to be diversionary in that there seems little chance of winning. Also why not sue MS, surly Madden (the game i guess we are talking about) came out on the xbox also.
