My predictions for this game:
Metacritic 90+? Maybe, but (stupid) reviewer won't like the camera and will still bitch that it's not HD.
Million Seller? 750k in 12 months, I think that the mature story and good reviews will sell this to the core, and the idea of bugs and the cool title will be good with the kids and fans of monster movies.
Use of Motion? QTE Motion bothers me, but Disaster:Day of Crisis seems to maybe sorta-kinda be pulling it off, so if Disaster can do it than I will say Deadly can too. Damn, that's a lot of d's.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
An interesting and unique premise. However, I'm against awarding review scores for innovation over quality. That's the bullcrap excuse western reviewers use when it comes time to review a jrpg, and that's all it is.
If a game sucks, it sucks, I don't care how innovative it is, and the same holds true for the opposite.
That said, I doubt this game will suck. It looks like it has some interesting moments that will keep the gameplay fresh even if it does fail to deliver in said gameplay department. This game has a lot going for it.

This is true... while it would be nice to see the creatures in more detail, this game would not sell enough to bring a profitable return on the HD consoles, wheras on the Wii it has a good chance to. Similar to Endless Ocean, which although it looks amazing even on the Wii (except when above water where it's bland) it could have looked better on the HD consoles, but it wouldn't have sold as much as it did and owuld have cost a lot more to make.
And although I am not a sadistic insect murderer (with the exception of flies which I swat) I am looking forward to "pulling the wings of insects with the Wii remote"
It definitely is unique. I don't know if this game would hold my attention though. I'll keep my eye on it for sure.

Have you even wachted the video? There seems to be a sinistre plot involved.
Concerning the game: I'm really keeping an eye on this. The title has something not many action games have: originality. What I can see from the vids the game lacks polish though. The framerate isn't smooth yet and there are some graphical glitches here and there. Let's hope they have the time to fix them. Otherwise it looks great!

So far it looks considerably more mature than any of the mature games to come out this gen.
How are insects killing eachother less mature then guys shooting at each other with big guns?
