Nintendo does better in game sales because the only thing that works on the wii is games. For Sony they have....

Believe me when I say this when people buy a console they dont always buy a game with it. For me when I get my PS3 im not getting a game im just gunna download demo's and GTHD.

The 5 Blu Ray deal is everywhere for the summer, it's not just Amazon. I can imagine elsewhere that this is helping sales as well.

I think the Blu Ray supporting studios have come to Sony's aid with the PS3 because they want the machine to grow the user base of Blu Ray...

You get that with the purhcase of any BD player, I believe.

The Wii has a very good version of Opera for browsing the Internet, actually, and also contains a photo channel for viewing, manipulating and sharing photos with friends.

But amazon gives you one more movie plus the blu-ray remote control. As far as I know, amazon is the best place to buy a PS3 at right now.

Well, a week later and PS3 is still number 1. Other than the price-cut debacle; E3 was great for Sony. PS3 has more quality titles than the Wii at the moment. (no where near as good as 360 though).
