So was it backwards compatible?

Or have you checked? It probably isn't too expensive to rent PS2 games now anyhow.

Congrats kurakasa. You should've sold your Wii instead :/. For PS2 JRPGs, get Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne or Lucifer's Call, depends on where you live. Also get Persona 3 FES and Final Fantasy X.

Yeah, I should have. That is pretty difficult to do, I gave it away for free just to get it returned to me... and now my gf loves wii fit. That is sad. :)

 

I think I will start with FF-games, but thanks for those recommendations. :)
