By the way, does anyone know a way of making the table's lines show up? The league table looks a bit ugly without lines imo.

You can do what I do in the prediction league.

Just click any cell, then click Table Row Properties in the box, you can set the color, and then in the drop down box on the bottom, choose either all even or odd rows. (for a nice blue color I use #99CCFF)

I was going to make some jab at how the raiders are old and decrepid, but I looked up the avreage age and they are coming in at 26

Yeah they changed the old man image. The oldest guy on their roster is like 32.

McFadden looked good out there, so did Fargas. Russell needs to stop being scared of the pros, and his offensive line needs to hold the other team's D better. And what the hell happened to the raider D last night? They are usually known for their defensive line. last night it was horrible.

Im sure the several awful calls last night didnt help them.

Hey, why are we choosing points for games related to Denver? Shouldnt it be the points for the Monday night game?

Week 2 picks (also PMed them to you)

Titans at Cincinnati
Green Bay at Detroit
Oakland at Kansas City
NY Giants at St. Louis
Indy at Minnesota
New Orleans at Washingotn
Chicago at Carolina
Buffalo at Jacksonville
San Fran at Seattle
Atlanta at Tampa
Baltimore at Houston
New England at NY Jets
Miami at Arizona
San Diego at Denver
Pittsburgh at Cleveland
Philadelphia at Dallas

Total score for San Diego/Denver game = 64

Question: Can we do an early playoff prediction also? We all predict the division winners and two seeds, and get points once the season ends? Me and Brawl4life were doing that through PMs last night and it was fun.

We should do it now. It leaves much more room for error, while still giving us a small idea of each team's skill judging from week one. By week six we'll probably all have too good of an idea of the playoff situation for it to be predicting anymore. You go ahead and create the rules and points for it. I have my picks at the ready. My ideas were to give points for guessing the division winners and wildcards correctly, points for guessing the seed orders correctly and then points for each correct matchup leading to the Super Bowl, meaning like if Dallas and Chargers made it, but you only picked Dallas, you would get one point but if someone had picked both, they would get two points.

Correct brackets=1 point for each correct prediction + 1 additional point for each correct regular season win/loss standings(24 points possible)
Seed order=1 point for each correct seed number placed in the correct division + 1 point for each seed that correctly matches it's predicted team(24 points possible)
Playoff wins/losses=1 point for each correctly predicted team that keeps moving up game after game as you predict them(11 points possible)

Total possible points=59

That's just a rough sketch.

It's whatever game I choose *rawr* (usually it'll be a match-up I find interesting, or one with 2 big teams (or 2 dreadful teams :p))

@Onyx - yeah, I was thinking of doing something like that, it sounds good. When do you think we should do that? Week 6? Or is that leaving it a little too late?

Youre sounding like a Denver fanboy by choosing them 2 weeks in a row ;) The Jets/Pats game should prove more interesting =)
