Riot Of The Blood said: From what I understand about PC gaming:
-If you wanna new game, your PC has to be abale to actually run the game. -If it can't, you're either out of luck or you gotta buy some more hardware. -It cost a ton of money just to enjoy it.
I think console gaming is just better, even the Wii. See a game you like, buy it, play it, and be happy. PC gaming is a lot of work and money for pretty much nothing, really. |
-Well that just proves you don't know crap about it. The hardware issues are pretty much ancient history. I have a two year old notebook that can play every game on the market at a decent resolution and frame rate
- compared to consoles most hardware upgrades are cheap and still can reap huge benefits. And they are only necessary if you want to play every game at the highest resolution and framerate. And at least you're not stuck with a piece of hardware that will never be any better than the day you bought it and you have to wait six years to get anything better.
- for less than the cost of a PS3 you can get a desktop that'll game OK. I wrote a thread myself on how you could build a gaming monster for under $600 and they can even do useful things as well as play.
=For a little more you can get a good gaming notebook that plays games, does useful work, does your taxes and when you travel plug it in, open it up and and you're gaming online in seconds. And in a little tiny lightweight package. Try doing that with your big fat ass console and see how many motel rooms have TVs that'll let you play at your precious HD.
-PCs don't suffer from RRD or tiny start up libraries
- PC gaming is no more complicated than consoles unless you're a halfwit. The gaming library makes any console library look tiny and often are much less expensive. It's not more expensive than a PS3 and frankly given all that it can do, it's the best value out there. In fact since a lot of us have home computers and notebooks for work anyway, we have essentially a gaming platform for FREE.Beat that.
-When they bring motion control to the PC, I'll probably never buy another console.
PS:It's better not to post about things you don't know anything about. It's better to say nothing and be thought ignorant than speaking up and removing all doubt.
