Implants are the least appealing thing a person can do to themselves. Not only is it putting hard, odd looking objects on them, but it's doing it where natural, human breasts once were. A friend of mine got implants, and everyonce and a while her muscles will tense and her breasts will shoot out to the side. It's too bad, because I used to find her quite attractive.
