I guess for Resident_Hazard, you got into the 5th gen too late?

I was probably 1/3 your age at that time, so I guess the ignorance of childhood made the N64 awesome for me. WCW/NWO Revenge, WWF Wrestlemania, WWF No Mercy, Forsaken, Bomberman 64, Killer Instinct, MK4.

I think what solidifies the N64 as the best to me was Ocarina of Time. My bros putting our minds together and progressing through that expansive game was just...perfect. The essence of everything at the time, Nick's all-star TV shows, late-night multiplayer matches...nothing better.

I think that's why I always liked Nintendo the most. With 3 kids gaming at once everyday instead of 1-2 player loneliness, Nintendo was the best. All my PS games were 1-player. Then the Dreamcast...

Yeah, I love and hate every console... that post was in this thread.  It's just suspicious to see someone who never had a nice word to say about a certain console, and then they start one of these threads.

It's just like those, "My 360 RROD'd :( Another one bites the dust" threads.

Your a 360 Fan, when you post about the 360.  You'd be a fanboy if you flamebait fans of another console.

But this thread is on the way to being epic; so what do I know?

Why not?  Some may find this discussion interesting.  I see other topics posted (I'm not going to list them) that I would call unnecessary but to some it may it be.  It may be important to a few people.

I was interested to know if others share this opinion since most of my friends who owned a Wii do.  Yes, they are 360/Playstation fans but there's no hate when we discuss the systems, the reasons make sense as I share them.

Perhaps I should have chosen my words more carefully but what can you do, what's done is done.  If you want to ban me or report me to get banned then do so.

We had a discussion about Wiis excellent first party support but also wii lacking mainstream/flagship third party support.  Your concerns were reasonable to me so I jumped in :)  Perhaps I'll start a negative thread about the 360 LOL
