FF XIII is on the 360 now too.

lol.....wow.....that was like the ps3's last hope in japan......

Actually, it's still a PS3 exclusive *in Japan*, but not in the rest of the world.

Yeah, we're confused too.

lol...that makes no sense......so, that means, sony purchased exclusivity in japan but nowhere else?

This forum is no longer the Nintendo poster child you know and love. *awaits denials*

wait, what do you mean?

WiiMotionPlus will give us true 1:1 light saber battles by next year...

WiiSpeak will allow Ninty gamers to call each other noobs in full stero surround...and their parents get to be in on the action too, if they're within ear shot.

LittleBigPlanet makes better charts than PowerPoint.

Also, Dead Rising remake on the Wii

RE5 is literally a shinier RE4 (video proof available on request)

Nintendo's holiday games are Disaster, Wario Land, Wii Music, Animal Crossing, and (possibly) Fatal Frame

Alone in the Dark didn't do so well at retail

Guitar Hero: On Tour is getting a sequel this year

GTA: Chinatown Wars is coming to the DS

360 sales doubled after Tales of Vesperia, but died again the next week

No X-mote or PS3mote

New House of the Dead on Wii coming next year

PSP shows improving signs of life in Japan, still comatose elsewhere

DS back to outselling PSP in Japan, though

Lots, lots more. Any area in particular you're interested in?

Too Human's Release came: Reviews were less than great.

Square-Enix may overtake Tecmo /cry

I tried to buy an XBOX360 but it turned out to be a scam
but,
Confirmed price drop for next month(thats the news part) anyway so when I get my money back from the credit Union I'll buy it in stores.

and PS3 has been outselling 360 in HW sales.

"and PS3 has been outselling 360 in HW sales." Come on. He said news!

any innovation from microsoft/sony at E3?

Hmm, nothing really major that I can recall.

Microsoft is copying the Eyetoy with a new game called In the Movies (necessary peripheral included).

It's also releasing Lips, which is a karaoke game (with a gyrometer built into the mic so that you can use it as a tambourine when not singing). What's neat about the game though is that you can use your own DRM-free songs on it too.

Sony's Massive Action Game had a trailer shown. It's still aiming for 256 online players simultaneously.

Oh! X-Box Live Gold users can now use Netflix, and share the movie with fellow 360 owners who don't subscribe to Netflix. That's pretty neat.

Avatars were confirmed to be real.

PS3 now has Greatest Hits (400k sales).

Does anyone remember anything else?

Oh, and Nintendo's E3 wasn't THAT bad in terms of material.

We're getting true 1:1 next year (Motion Plus) along with a new Wii Sports ("Resort") which includes 1:1 swordfighting and jetskis.

There's also voice chat coming in September, although it's a speaker that goes on top of your T.V. rather than on a headset (so everyone in the room can use it...like it or not).

New Mario, Zelda, and Pikmin are confirmed (but not for this year).

But in terms of presentation, the damn thing was painful to watch. PAINFUL.
