Like what should I do...I have a PSP, NDS Lite, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube. I have about alot of games for all those platforms above.

Now what should I do?

I don't even know what games I like anymore. I'm trying to decide whether I should make a list of games I like or just buy games off reviews.

I mean...I tried SRPG's like Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSP....and I just couldn't get into it. It was decent for a few days and then I got mad at the battle system. I just couldn't get into the whole moving your character around with blocks, it was like chess...it was boring. So I traded that in.

Now i haven't been on my 360 in a couple of days...idk...I will try some new genres. I haven't played a RPG yet.

I'm still trying to decide whether I should make a list of games I want or should I get someone to recommend me some games or should I just go buy game reviews.

It may sound weird, but you might want to try and rent/borrow some games that you know will be lousy or sub-par. (or download their demos) It can be hard to appreciate quality entertainment sometimes if you never occasionally indulge in something less than decent. And with low expectations you may find yourself pleasantly surprised from time to time.

No, it's not normal, and you're not losing interest in the hobby.

The problem is that you like to be constantly entertained by new things, and can't stay focused on one game at a time. Which I've told you before cuz :P

Then what can I do to fix this!!?!

It's annoying right now, my mind is going crazy!!! I have so many games!!! and systems

There's no fixing, if you don't feel like playing a game...don't. Perhaps, something else would release in the near future that'll recaptivate your interest. Everyone has the games that keep them playing.

But I do feel like playing video games...its just idk...im off to trying to play some....

yea, thats how I felt about the Siren: Blood Curse demo on the PS3. I really enjoyed that game, but then I was like I already have plenty of PS3 games to play. So I was like nevermind I'm not going to purchase that game yet.

I mean I want to feel like when I play a game it should be. I want to, not being forced.

Like if a reviewer gives a game a good score, i'm like then it must be awesome so I must play it. You see the must part. It's like I'm forced to play it rather than me wanting to play it on my own. It's weird to explain it. That's why I don't like listening to reviews cause some games they like I might not like.

You're normal. The day you don't feel like playing any game (old or new) is when you're losing interest. I know that feeling. The list of games I haven't completed is endless. Most recent mentions are Oblivion, NG:Sigma and DMC4. In DMC4, I stopped at chapter 20. In Oblivion, I quit just before closing the first Oblivion gate. In NG:Sigma, I quit at about ch 13 which was understandable because it's just like the original NG (which I had already finished) and the dual katanas ceased to be fascinating.

I forgot to mention Enchanted Arms...I could only bear four hours of pain along with the gay guy's voice!

EDIT: Despite all these, I've sunk days into SCIV and COD4!

lol...I've sunk more hours into Halo 3 and WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2007 than any other game combined...lol

I haven't touched Brawl or Warhawk yet!! Whats wrong with me...I need a fix right now!!!

Your problem seems to be this: you seem to buy games because of hype not genuine interest. I always watch GT trailers of a game's gameplay or try out a demo before taking the plunge.

I watched my little brother play SSBB and never understood why it was called a fighting game (it's just my opinion) and warhawk just doesn't look interesting to me yet I loved condemned 2 which no one else seems to care about.

My advice: don't just go buy what the internet says is interesting, research game genres that really interest you. That's why asking for recommendations here won't help much.

"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

I have a lot of games I can't beat. A particular one I have trouble beating is Final Fantasy XII.

I hope thats because you got bored of the story not because it's hard. I admit, I only beat ffxii out of the feeling of necessity than curiousity.

Okay, I use to do that Pristine, but ummmm...yea your right I was doing that. I figured that since everyone enjoyed it...maybe I will. So thats how I have been purchasing games. I even tried to like what the Japanese were liking base off the sales. But I just lost interest and gave up.

I tried to like what I like but I just buy that game. Play it for about an hour and then say "what hell with this game" and move on to something else. It's like the game only holds my interest for a couple of hours and I just forget about it and move on to another.

I liked Red Steel, even though people didn't like it, but I would admit the controls were confusing, but I miss that game now...

I bought FFXII like 3 times I think.

I think it was like this:

-cousin DMeisterJ bought it, he let me borrow, lost interest in it- he traded it in

-bought it when I had a PS2 again...lost interest and took it back

-bought it when I had my 60GB PS3...lost interest and traded it in

now I miss it and want to play it, but what I think what happened was that I watched all the cutscenes on youtube.com and now my interest is like sour, but the battle system is awesome and thats why I want to play it.
